    More activity today. About 18 bubbles a minute. The stuff on the top has seperated and is now more like the head on a beer (kinda like foam)... i know this is going to take a long time to ferment and clear.. we are thinking about 2-3 months for fermenation and about 6-8 mos to clear and...

    Ok last Sunday we kegged 5 gal and and forced carbonation at 30 psi. We did agitate the keg untill it would hold no more co2. Then we let the pressure out of the head space and then put back on the co2 at 10 psi. We did this twice but still low carbonation. Well it has been at 10 psi all week...

    gotta love some fine brew.. we are definately enjoying the fruits of our labor.. its a little flat needs a little more carbonation but this light ale will definately due the trick...gotta love the 7% alcohol level!
