I did brew it with the german Lager yeast. I beleive it gave me the proper flavor profile. I think it might be that elusive flavor profile from the Lager fermented at warm temps.

Looks like I'll need to haul one pallet at a time. Will bring one home mon and 2nd tuesday. Will need help unloading on Tuesday, not Monday!

Just confirmed with the shipper. I'll have the grain at my place Mon Sept 29, unless it's rainy weather. My truck has an open bed and it needs to be a dry day for me to haul it home. Figure on Mon at 5:00 pm or after to help unload.

Right around 5:00 to 5:30.

I still have not rebrewed this yet. Need to put it on my schedule for a 15 gallon batch. Will carb in a keg and then bottle all of it.

I forgot next Fri will not work for me, heading camping for the weekend. How does Mon or Tues Sept 29 or 30 work for people to help unload?

Check for order was sent last night. I expect delivery one day next week. Will haul it from the delivery place to my place weather dependent. Want to have people help unload two pallets next Fri if weather cooperates.

Just found out from the supplier that they are out of the gambrinus ESB malt for at least 3 to 4 more weeks. Does everyone that ordered the ESB malt want the Gam Pale Ale instead? If not we will have to wait another month till we order.

Placing the order next week, all the checks are in now.

Midnight wheat split is full.

I'm going to get a bag of midnight wheat. I'm gonna keep 25 lbs, that leaves 25 available for any one else that wants in on it.
