just cracked the first bottle of this and i have to say its one of the best beers ive made to date, thanks will be a regular in my house.

i have a lot of orange peel that is getting stuck in the dip tube due to bad racking from the primary. problem is the beer is carbed already, is there anyway to decarb the beer enough to rack it from one keg to another without oxidizing it?

yea, I have to still find a way to bolt down the burner, I was thinking of some angle iron bolted to the sides and anchored to the wall, that way it woulnd move at all

brew cave is pretty much complete! gas line was installed today, bought a recliner of craigslist for 50 bucks. everything worked out perfectly, the room doesnt even heat up alot, only 2 deg in like 30 min of full power, and the co detector isnt even registering any, NONE, carbon monoxide...

I think Im past the point of thinking Im going to be rich someday, now Im just looking to do something that would make me happy and enjoy going to work.
