Yes I will probably do that for 5g batches. The reason I like 5g batches is I can fill my kegs and use yeast efficiently. I wasn't surprised because obviously the machine looked like 2 newer zymatics all along, I was just disappointed it wasn't something where 5 gals could be done at once...
