    Clean 'em out good and they should be fine. I've got a batch of old "Arrowhead" water 5 gallon carboys probably from the 60's or 70's. I inherited them from a neighbor that used to make wine. The things sat around on their patio over there for who knows how long (couple decades at least)...

    I'm curious to hear how this attempt to re-create Aphrodite turned out? How did you determine how much raspberry/pear/grains of paradise to use in secondary, and how did you end up prepping them to go into the fermentor?
