    Thanks for all of the suggestions! Keep them coming if you want! If all grain will be cheaper I don't mind doing that over extract in relation to saving time. I have a lot of free time during the weekend to brew, all grain or extract... As for buying in bulk, I don't think that is an option...

    Alright, thanks for the suggestion... I just thought it was good to go bc the original gravity was 1.050 and when checking for the final gravity, I got a reading of 1.012 3 days in a row, that's why I racked to secondary on the gelatin...

    Other than getting a better crush, what would you suggest to make sure that the corn is "well cooked prior to the mash?" Is what I did not good enough? What should I have done differently? Thanks!
