    Partial Mash to all-grain

Would a 5 gallon pot work if I only plan on doing 2.5 gallon batches?

    Partial Mash to all-grain

What additional equipment is needed to go from a partial mash to all grain? My first 4 batches were partial and I was interested in trying all grain. What do you guys recommend? Should I stick with partial for a while longer to get the hang of it better?

    Recipe Help/Advice...

This is really confusing. Maybe I should stick to recipe kits until I'm more educated on the ingredients. This is the recipe I was trying to copy. http://hopville.com/recipe/3096

So I should up the grain? Do I need to dial back the extract if I do? How many oz's of grain should I get? I am trying to keep this recipe fairly simple.

    Recipe Help/Advice...

I just would like to come up with a nice beer to drink while I'm grilling out. I'd prefer to use a partial extract recipe.

    First time brewer - question

I'm not sure about that. I just followed the instructions with my kit. This may be a no no, but I popped the top off of my bucket briefly. Everything was foamed up. Is this a good sign?

    First time brewer - question

I was just concerned because the first time I made a 1.25 gallon kit, it started fermenting slowly within the first 12 hours.

    First time brewer - question

I just brewed my second batch of beer (1.25 Gallons). The whole process went perfect, until the end. I pitched my yeast and closed up my fermenting bucket. About 2 minutes later, I realized I forgot to top off the bucket with water. So I went ahead and did so. About 12 hours later, my...
