I'm going to brew today and I was wondering if you guys think one of these jars would be enough or if I should pitch both of them. I'm doing a 10 gallon batch of about 7abv and these are pint jars. You can see the levels of yeast in them.

My bulkhead is the 3-in long one. It didn't take all of that but you would need a longer one than the shortest that you could use on a Rubbermaid 10 gallon. I just had to adjust my nut back to give it some more length.
