Lol, I'll try that. About 8 months ago I made a raspberry wheat that had a smokey taste to it, I really didn't like it. Kind of found it's way to the back of my home brew collection until about a month ago when I threw 2 bottles in the fridge. Boy what a difference!! I actually lived it. Granted...

I've brewed this batch. It's a good beer, good taste. Don't expect there to be any hint of a honey taste to it though. Love NB kits.

I have my second batch of home brew in a secondary now. It was the honey kolsch from Northern Brewer. Instructions were very straight forward....wort tasted good now, 2 weeks in the primary. We'll see how it is after it hits the bottle for a couple weeks+, but right now it looks very promising.
