married with 8 kids...none armed with tongs either.... I was a Chef for 25 years, I didnt have much time for hobbies... I previously made MR Beer, but it turned me off, I havent brewed anything in 10 years..it wasnt until I went to a local beer tasting that I got hooked.

The First is an IPA, my first Brew The Second is a Brown Ale, my third brew (I did a honey brown in between) And just bottled an Amber
