I still buy craft beer all the time. Nothing in particular just what ever sounds good in the moment. I also don't have a constant pipeline for home brew going yet though. Usually I don't brew again until I run out of the last batch. So I'll go a 1-2 month period with no homebrew.

Some friends of mine who have been brewing a long time made a Smoked Bacon Porter last february. I can't remember exactly how they did it, but it was delicious. The bacon flavor was very subtle which was great, cause if it was over powering, as much as I like bacon, that sounds gross haha.

Wouldn't you just be able to install a different hinge on it if needed?
