    Well....I've never done a partial mash before...can I do it with extract brewing materials? Would I just put the torrified wheat in a mesh bag and let it steep only for a longer time, than toss it into another pot of heated water for sparge?

    Oldsock, Didn't have WLabs WLP400 so I took a Wyeast 3942 Belgian Wit. If you don't mind me asking, what should I do with the torrified wheat if I don't steep it with the rest of the caramel and carahell? **Edit** This is for a 5 gallon recipe.

    Permanently marking glass carboy for each gallon?

    Did this tonight, unbelievable result. Quick snap shot with the phone. Sorry for lack of quality. End result was really pro. Just put in the time to mask it off properly, I used Scotch 3m Masking tape for general painting #2050. Had absolutely no bleed through on the lines.

    So I'm looking to brew up a batch of beer for this Halloween, so I have to get started asap. My question is, a vast majority of the drinker at the party like flavorless beer. I.e Coors, bud light etc. They complain that beers with flavor are too heavy, too dark, too bitter etc...
