If I puree the strawberries, then do I need to filter when I transfer to the bottling bucket? Seems like small pieces of strawberry would make their way into the bottles if I didn't. Thanks for the info!

I have a Munton's unhopped wheat LME. I want to spice it up a bit by adding some additional flavor. Probably some orange zest for sure. Anyone brewed a wheat using LME that turned out great? If so what did you add? Also, since the extract is unhopped, do you recommend adding hops or not...
