    :D im bottling my honey green tea pale ale next weekend... sorachi ace hops 1lb of honey and 50 tea bags went into this crazy idea... has anyone tried this or is going to. i want ideas on how to make this beer great

    how to distinguish different typs of hops

    its prob cascade, fuggle or other popular US hops but smell them and brew with then and that should give you an idea

    yes deff too hot to grow bacteria...i brew outside and tons of god knows what falls in but when the wort is still super hot who cares.. but who knows

    i made a honey green tea pale ale... i added 50 tea bags and a pound of honey to 170 deg water then added it to the wort at flame out... w the lemon flavpor of sorachi ace hops i cant wait to try it. bottling next weekend.... looks nice rt now... ill tell u how it goes and post my recipe if its good

    i made a green tea beer and i am bottling it next weekend, ill tell u how it came out.. to add the tea i steeped the tea in 170 deg for 5 min in one gallon with 1 lb of honey and added it to the wort after the boil.. cant wait to try it
