I did try another one a couple nights ago and it was a LOT better than my first experience. I think you're right about something being oxidized... It probably was the hops. The other bottle was still different, but tolerable. The first one I had was AWFUL.

Map Room and Hopleaf are both great choices. I was there earlier this year and was impressed by both bars. Clark Street Ale House is decent too, although not as much fun as the aforementioned establishments.
