Got a dilemma: my plan was to take the saison I brewed yesterday w/sompls and split it into two 2.5g batches. Both would be 100% Brett. I did a starter for both Brett strains, but one of them just didn't take off. I pitched them last night anyways, thinking the one could just be a slow starter...
