    Using an array of Crystal/Caramel Malts

    I don't think they would taste the same. Darker crystal malts are "cooked" more. I like to think toasted bread. Eating dark toast with light toast would not taste like medium toast.

    On a serious note, I would check the model number of that tank before you do anything. I'd specifically look for a cutaway diagram that details the insulation layers in the side. Drilling a hole in the side may ruin it. I looked up MVE cryogenic tanks and could not find one that looked like...
