I watched some videos on youtube of people doing batch sparges, and it seems simple enough, so I might as well dig further down the rabbit hole and try something new.
Plus I got paid today and have money to blow on equipment.
I am new to the whole brewing thing, starting my first batch this weekend.
Also, I accidentally purchased two 15 gallon pots instead of one, will this come in handy when I move to all grain or is it too big?
