California Extremely unique all grain brew setup

Super rough estimate based on my memory of lengths and sizes of material combined with online weight per foot numbers puts it around 250 pounds with the kegs attached. A lot of that weight is in the BEEFY pieces of angle used for the base (way overbuilt).

California Extremely unique all grain brew setup

Bump. Just brewed my second batch on this system. Honestly hoping my electric BIAB sells first as I like this better, but one of them has to go! Will sell stand separately if you already have kegs.

California Electric Control box and more

Since no one seems interested in my complete system I'll see if there is any interest in my control box. From Auberins SYL-2352 PID 40A SSR with matched heat sink PT100S temp sensor some misc connectors and lights. From brewhardware Heating Element, 5500 watt 1.5" TC INTEGRATED ULWD Ripple...

    California Electric BIAB setup

My love of brewing is exceeded only by my love of making brew stands. This is one of two stands I have for sale right now I had apartment dwellers in mind, but anyone who wants to do all grain but has limited space would benefit from this design. It is an electric BIAB (brew in a bag) stand...

Show us your sculpture or brew rig

Yeah, did a test batch to make sure it worked and it does. I actually preferred it to my overly expensive BIAB setup I built. I sell stands on occasion though and will have to remake the breWheel in stainless and with a few asthetic mods if I am going to keep it at the house.

    Ferris BreWheel

Curious if anyone else has done something like this. Rotating stand, one burner, no pumps. This was my prototype and is for sale if anyone is interested.

California Extremely unique all grain brew setup

All my friends keep telling me the same thing, but I just don't have the finances to do it. Anyone know of a CHEAP patent process? I would love to patent this if I could, but I'm a poor bastar... If anyone wants to go in halvesies I'm game :D You fund the patent, I build the stands! I already...

California Extremely unique all grain brew setup

I could be wrong, but based on my internet searching I believe this is the first of it's kind (if you've seen another I would love to know). I'd dubbed it the Ferris BreWheel :) NEW INFO: If you have your own kegs and just want the stand I am willing to sell just the stand. I make a new stand...

There is going to be a shortage of good beer in California...

Of course you can brew clones, but I personally enjoy trying a wider variety than I have time to brew. Plus I like aging/ waterfalling commercial beers. What I am really looking for though is what this new law/regulation/whatever is. I couldn't find it searching online.

    Thermowell and blowoff/airlock

I used to. Have since upgraded. I used both a double drilled stopper and a carboy cap (not at the same time, but both work). I used the 3 piece airlock (as opposed to the "S" shaped one). You can slip a blowoff tube over the small tube of the airlock (I had a broken one that I cut the outer...
