It has a valve on the bottom of the system that drains all water out that gets stuck at the bottom of the tanks . The manual says this also acts as a way of bleeding the lines if they get air locked. Tried it and still can't get the pump to move water. I'll play with it in the morning. Thanks...

What did you sanitize with? I've used a bleach solution before and ended up with a soapy/chemical taste in the bottles.

Yeah, sorry about the spelling on that. Theobroma came out a few months ago. Supposed to have some South American influences (Hunduras I think) cocoa, chilies, etc. I thought it tasted kind of like Midas Touch which isn't my favorite DFH brew to begin with.

Ahh, McEwan's Scotch Ale. The good ole days. I remember drinking that stuff in college by the liter at a bar called "The Oak Barrel" in downtown Tampa. Thought it was the greatest Scottish Ale that ever existed. Then I tried "Old Chub" by Oskar Blues.

I was disappointed with ******* Brew. I love Dogfish Head and everything they stand for. Sam is really innovative obviously and their IPA's are some of the best on the market IMO. But some of these limited release specialty beers they've been coming out with just haven't been very good. *******...

Dogfish Head Fort is supposed to be the strongest Barley Wine on the market coming in at around 18%. Their "Old School" is pretty decent too.

Going to be brewing my first all grain batch this week. Downloaded my city's annual water quality report. Since I live on an island the raw water drinking source is brackish and they use reverse osmosis. Does anybody have any experience brewing with RO water and does it make the beer bland...
