I tried to plug it in beersmith and couldn't find black IPA or cascadian ale for plugging the recipe just got the 21 day trial

Think I can bump the 2 row up to about 12 lbs or add some sugar?

You don't think the Columbus and nugget will bitter from the later addition I didn't wanna boil them for the 60 thinkin if I didn't scale back it would be way to bitter

10 gallon beverage Home Depot cooler, 3/8 brass ball valve 1 1/2 brass nipple 2 3/8 barbs Stainless steel 5/8 washers 5/8 O ring It fit together but doesn't tighten up like the nipple is too big, I'm gonna try building out with more washers I guess

I went and bought all 3/8 parts for my mash tun which I found parts list online doesn't seem to fit right to the mash tun can anyone help me out please??

So before I do my first all grain batch just from videos I've watched I take away that to do a 5 gal. U should boil about 6.5 gallons to account for boil off,so would I would mash with 6.5 gallons of water? Any other tips,help,advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks and cheers
