So I got my homemade mill today to find out that the gap I told them to make it at is turning my grain to flour. :( I'm gonna have to have them turn one of the rollers down a little more. Real bummed.

I think I have enough to spare I'm gonna use it for mulch!! No I left some extra there and gave coyote a few pounds as well. It was awesome to put a face to some names. Wish I was able to stick around and meet a few more of you but oh well

Awesome. Check out the pitt group buy that is closed right now and you'll find a lot of guys from the area. I've had the pleasure of working with all of them and hopefully meeting some of them this saturday to pick up my grain.

Welcome... there are a decent amount of us from the area but I'm just east of you an hr in Indiana, Pa. We just finished up a group grain buy but i'm sure i'll start another one in a month or two.

I'm definitely not experienced and would take others advice over me but I'm thinking there would still be yeast to eat the berries. Think or lager recipes that sit for 6 weeks and then bottle condition just fine.
