Let me ask you one other thing, you say go from fermenter to bottling bucket can you not use the same one?

I work in Raleigh, live in benson. As far as equipment right now I only have a brew bucket to see how that works. My first project is some peach brandy (really wine because I will not distill it seeing it is illegal)
