Got this little gem at the store. It's good but I think it'd be better with coffee and vanilla. The espresso beans I assume they used are a bit too strong I think.

So I kegged the Sky Raider Maple Bacon today. I ain't gonna lie.... it taste friggin' good. She's on 30 # of C02 now until tomorrow or the next day. The uncarbed stuff had a clean maple bacony flavor. Not bitter or sour. The first batch I did has a sour note (from the pectins in the blackberries...

I can't stand Sam Adams anything. I've tasted maybe 4 or 5 of their beers and they all taste the same. Like the original.... alson like $HIT!
