Well i have since made it home. All the greenery around here has never looked so good. Good to be back, and getting back into the game just gotta go and pick up a co2 tank from the local beverage place and i'll be sending 2 brews i did before i left into kegs, a RIS and American Barleywine...

I'm usually pretty good at keepin the stock up. I always try to keep 2 cases of bottles and 3 kegs ready for drinking, and another 2-3 kegs conditioning. Just for those times when i may be away from home or can't get to brewin.

Welcome to the forums. Where abouts in NC are you from there are quite a few guys on here from the area. Don't worry about the beer it'll be fine, but if it's been in the primary for a couple weeks you may wanna look at movin it on out.

I haven't ever tried anything besides their Porter (which i thought was kick ass) but i've been meaning to get at some of the others...so many beers so little time.

I'll tell you in about 2 months or so. I've got it sitting in my secondary now as it has sat for about 6 months now. I plan on starting to play with it again here around the 8 month mark.
