Found a room that has no sunlight and humidity is low, but it stays about 60F will this work. Its actually the best spot I have at the moment?

So I looked around the house found one room that will work great, it is an upstairs bathroom no sunlight, only problem it stays around 60F up there will that be a big problem?

I also got that book for Christmas so I will definitely look into it.
