Do you the muslin bags or the finer mesh nylon for pellet hops? I use muslin for leaf and have the fine mesh nylon bags but worry about hop utilization with the finer mesh.

I haven't used the gelatin trick but I do use whirfloc and cold crash then keg my beers. I get remarkable clarity but never quite 'crystal' clear. How much mixing do y'all gelatinizers do after the addition?

So I'm looking around for mik crates to more safely handle carboys. I found this on Amazon. No sure if it's sturdy enough to carry a carboy, though. Can anyone link to a product they purchased and are happy with?
