    First cider, wild or not?

Are you sure about this. I'm trying to understand why it's not the same? Seems like it is. What's the difference...

Anyone ever "spruce" up a winter warmer?

Did you brew this? If you do I'd be interested in a trade. Mines going on 5+ months old and getting better all the time....

    First cider, wild or not?

Okay so I have 11ish gallons of unpasteurized cider. So if I let the wild yeasts do their thing it can take a long time? I was hoping to bottle some for Christmas gifts. The rest I was going to keg. I'm just trying to figure if it makes sense to just let it go wild and do it's thing...

First shot at kegging - PSI to fix carb?

I'm only on my second keg. I went with the set it and forget it method. It worked for me. I poured my first after two weeks. It was dangerous. almost to easy to pour the second and the third and so on.

Think I used too much water. Options?

I'd let it ride where it is. If you had it in the fridge over night are you adjusting for the temperature of the wort. Adding more is probably pushing the limits of your fermenter.

My Ugly Junk- Corona Mill Station...

I'll admit I had some apprehension on watching a video of your junk. Nice work.

    Undercarbed, any suggestions?

I'd listen to Big Floyd. I started using a priming calculator to help with exactly how much sugar to add. I wait till I know exactly how much is in my bottling bucket then I weigh out my priming sugar. This way I avoid bottle bombs or under primed bottles...

Beer Faucet: How much wobble is normal?

I'm running 10-11 psi. I know that's long. I did want to have to start a thread saying I have too much foam what do I do. I figured I could always cut them down. 8 second pours are just fine with me.

    Stir Starter Issue

I'm assuming you got a stir bar with the stir plate. Mine are pretty quite without the stir bar on them. It might help if you link or say what stir plate you bought. Pictures are always a way to get people to respond. That really sucks. I hope you get this sorted.:(

Beer Faucet: How much wobble is normal?

I thought somebody else would have given you a better answer by now. I think those faucets have a plunger with an o-ring. I'd think that side to side movement would be normal or at least acceptable. I doubt it would leak because of the side to side movement. I'd get some use out of it...

Beer Faucet: How much wobble is normal?

Are you saying just the handle is moving side to side, Or is the whole faucet and handle moving? I don't have any side to side movement on any of my faucets.

Got my first contest scores back

This is the reason I haven't entered any contests yet. Take my advice for what it is. My beers have gotten better since I started making Yeast starters. They have gotten even better since I built a stir plate. They have gotten even better since I started oxygenating. That being said you...

If you put the bottles in the fridge they will stop conditioning. I would ignore those instructions and read this thread https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f35/bottling-tips-homebrewer-94812/ I've never tried wailing wench yet. It's on my list of beers to try.

Welcome to the forum. Your going to want to let those bottles condition for at least 3-4 weeks. I'd try 1 or 2 along the way so you can see how it progresses. They need time to carbonate properly. I'd then put them in the fridge for a few days before trying. Check out Middle Ages and CBC...

What is this and is the beer ruined?

Think positive. It might be awesome. A sample is the only way to know for sure.
