I love their IPA. If you did not know for quite some time they made Henry Weinhard's IPA's and Lagers for SAB Miller. While not as good as the Full Sail ones the HW are like starter IPA's.

The LA one is going to be "Budweiser Black Crown" The VA one was nice, but not enough vanilla flavor they claim it to have The St Louis one tastes to much like a craft Bud Clone (in that its Bud with better ingredients) The LA on is ok, but not the greatest of the 3

That happened to me with Peak Organic's Winter Session. I was so upset I complained on their Facebook page. I also got annoyed this week because I knew Angry Orchard cider was Sam Adams so I bought a 6 pack to get more bottles and I got those home and they were twist.

There was a home brew shop by where I live that took one of these type tubs, and made a fermenter out of it. The drilled a hole in the lid and put a grommet and then put an airlock in it.

So I am really into wanting to do this this one gallon thing but I had a question. Background first I have been primarily using Mr Beer LBK's and just using their HME's as a base and adding a lot to it. I have 9 batches under my belt. If I were to get jugs like this...
