    Need Help with Label

On a side note, you may still be able to use the avery labels but you are definitely going to have to trim them. I'm guessing this shape, though in my opinion it fits much better on a bottle, will not exactly fill the avery template.

    Need Help with Label

Yea, I had a feeling that was why you broke it the way you did. Would adding "the" rather than "a" help?

    Need Help with Label

That's great! Maybe if the tag line changed to: A not so pale ale to guide you on the trail It could break more nicely with the -ale sound at the ends of lines.

    Need Help with Label

I def. could see an 8% beer causing you to jump your bike into a pile of rocks. But on a serious note, if you want criticism, I would suggest just centering the works under Rock Trail IPA and make sure they are not so close to the edges. You may also want to to do the same for "Bartz Brewing"...

    Cauchemar - new label

Nice stuff. The font is a little tricky, but I got it... Cauchemar = Nightmare (If anyone was wondering).

Plenty of time with a bad back

I'm really liking the logo quoted above. You could definitely get a nice finished and polished looking logo out of that with just a bit more tweakage and cleanup. It already a perfect shape for a label or maybe on the neck of a bottle I also like the first one - nice and simply, it may be...

Plenty of time with a bad back

All are nice... However, I'm a big fan of consistency. Your line of labels reminds me of Weyerbacher's own inconsistent consistency - which I suppose isn't a horrible thing, just not my style. First issue of consistency I would recommend is in regards to the logo font. This is definitely...

    Morrison Meads Label

Nice, I like the parchment style - be cool if you could buy paper to print on that was actually that kind. I also like the first one, no need to add any more illuminated letters than the first. Perhaps you can try antiquing - as in a shade of black that has hints of the parchment itself. Maybe...

    I need help again "shocker"

That crossed my mind too put than again "washingtonian brewing company" is right there under it, so maybe it doesn't need it? What if there was just like an elegant line drawing of some sort of greek/roman column to the left, like this...

    Weissbeater - Brunken Dastard Brewery

Lol, "naturally cloudy and abusive" with that guy under it - brilliant. Maybe you don't need to put the glow around the small copy? It's not exactly functional and might just be making things more complex than need be. What's the circle at the top? Are they like hangtag labels?

Yea, I guess I am a jerk but I apologize for nothing! :P

    I need help again "shocker"

IrregularPulse may have hit the nail on the head and said some things that others of us might have been thinking. We all have visions of grandeur at times and thats just fine. Coming up with labels for homebrew are just fine too (though, as he said, the beer is the more important thing) and if...

    Fat Rabbit

Nice, I might go with something more subtle and abstract when it comes to the yes though. Maybe make the line below the nose thicker as well to match a weight closer to the thinnest part of the blue and have it flow into the nose.
  15. E

    Fat Rabbit

Yea, "brewery" has become somewhat illegible. Why not try "Brewing Company" and put in a smaller and different font (san-serif for constrast), set in all caps, running the length of "fat rabbit". Also, I like the second one with the more triangular face, it's point lets your eyes flow down into...

    I need help again "shocker"

Yea, Boerderlj's comment got me focused on the actual topic of the thread. And no, though I do have a cousin who lives in Anne Arudnel County, Maryland - which may may not be part of the washingtonian area - I have not lived around D.C. Treasury Tripel and the sister city reference were merely...

    17. Mai. Hurra For Øl!

Happy belated National Day. So "øl" = "beer" in Norwegian? How exactly would one pronounce øl? I love that it is only two letters, like one step closer to just having a single symbol represent beer in the alphabet. Love the label by the way.

    Carbonation Dilemma

Ah ha! Thanks. Like I said, I haven't handled any of the force carbing end of kegging myself. Best I get familiar with it.

    Carbonation Dilemma

I have another question. When I rehook up the CO2 in should I just leave the beer out fitting side uncoupled or does that also need to be on to allow any unwanted O2 flow out?
