    Rubber Stamp Alternative to Labels

Looks very nice! I was thinking of doing something similar for a bunch of 750 ML bottled Tripel I have. Wanted to use some parchment type paper and a thin rope or twine to give it that rustic feel. I think I might actually print on the paper and trim out the tags. Did those mailing labels come...

    Whoo, free logo

I like it! I think the one side reversed version might add some nice contrast.

    DaveBier Tap Handles

Well done! Nice consistent sets. My fav is Hopzilla. That eye surrounded by scale staring back me as I pull a pint would definitely be memorable.

    Whoo, free logo

I like it. I wonder how it might look knocked out on black labels giving it an even darker feel.

Where to have cheap labels made..fast.

A month is actually plenty of time. I use a printer that can turnaround a few thousand copies of an 8 page brochure within a week, I think you can get a few hundred (or less) labels produced before July.

    Dystpia Dark Lager

Nice! We have Utopia(s) and now we have Dystopia.

Well than, congrats! Looks good to go!

    Real basic labels

Yea, I was about to ask you if you hand drew the font when you first posted this but than I noticed the letter specific consistency and figured it for a font set. Pairing the paper bag label with this font is win.

    Wedding Witbier

Nice. Is the color red significant in any way? Considering the Claddagh, I could see using green and gold. Or on the other side of things, find out what colors they are using for their wedding (bridesmaid dress color) and perhaps incorporate that. Red and black don't exactly say wedding to me -...

    Brew Rig Plan

Ah, duh. Got it, and I use a immersion chiller yet still forgot about the sanitizing. The aerating as it pours back into the BK did come to mind as well (though too late, after I posted).

    Brew Rig Plan

Oh wait, I think I got it. It comes out of the BK, down around and back thru the pump, than pumped thru the chiller back into the BK and out the second time into the fermenter. But does it need to go back into the BK that second time? Is that in case you want to rerun it through the chiller?
  12. E

    Brew Rig Plan

Yea, I was thinking the same thing. It should come out of the bottom of the BK, thru the chiller and directly into the fermenter, no?

    Real basic labels

Very cool. I could see it becoming the regular style of your brew labels too - not just for special occasions. You could always fit your brew name top or bottom.

    Fat Rabbit

I agree. Also, maybe loose it on the "independent brewing co." as well.

    Cauchemar - new label

I was thinking about the name again, and considering it means "nightmare", perhaps a more troubled looking sleeping picture would work.

    My first label

Ah, Maple Shade and Palmyra - South Jerseyians like me now. Pork roll, lol... Enjoy your visit!

    My first label

Just remember that in many cases, less is more! Where in Jersey is your sis from, if you don't mind me asking. Just curious, I'm outside Philly.

    1st Label Attempt

I like! The burst draws your right into the sad little block man, you feel his pain as your gaze slides to the left to see that help is on the way.
  19. E

    My first label

Hah, indeed! You could always mess around with the name, stacking the words "dawn spawn" over "double IPA" and making the first larger if you wanted to try some variation. Perhaps an illustrative type filter in photoshop could add some character to the photo. Keep it subtle though, it is a...

    1st Label Attempt

Nice. Maybe try and see how the background sunburst looks if the points came together behind the orange box (out of sight) - maybe still slightly off center, towards the bottom left corner. Though I know they are subtle, they tend to draw the eye down into the E of "ale". It's funny how simply...
