Cream Ale Cream of Three Crops (Cream Ale)

Quick question. LHBS has crystal hops at 6.7% AA. recipe asks for 1oz 3.5%. Is it as simple as halfing the oz's to make the right AA?

My Ugly Junk- Corona Mill Station...

I just did my first batch through a POS Weston mill. Looked a lot like your pictures. Decided to run it through again at a finer setting. Quite a bit of flour but no stuck sparge and about 75% eff. Using a cooler with toilet line SS braid.

    Cream Ale Fizzy Yellow Beer

3 fizzy yellows down. Funny enough this is about as hoppy as an ipa kit I made. Tastes great! Might need a week more to finish carbing but mmmm

    Carbing at room temp.

Day tripper thank you. You get the question. So from room to fridge I don't have to change anything to keep same carb level.

    Carbing at room temp.

Was trying to figure out what happens to the beer when I carb at room temp and then put in fridge. I know I need more pressure at higher temp. What I'm wondering is will the beer be at the high pressure after its been cooled in the fridge? Or does it lower the pressure. Will I need to hook up...

    How's my crush?

There is a few whole grains per handful. But the rest is pretty crushed. Is a few whole ones worth sending it through again? I don't wanna overdo it.

My Ugly Junk- Corona Mill Station...

The stainless braid should give it the strength it needs but heres the idea, worked great to keep the wobble of the uneven screw down.

My Ugly Junk- Corona Mill Station...

Heres the beauty. $30 mill, home depot bucket, hose clamps, few screws and a scrap of 2x6. The crappy mill had the handle screw drilled at a horrible angle, couldnt use a straight screw to drill as it bucked all over. Used the inside vinyl tube from my toilet hose that i took the stainless...
