    Best NEIPA hop combos

Now there are more possibilities. You can make legit NEIPA with those hops. Bitter with herkules about 30ibus, then use the rest along with Eldorado and centennial for whirlpool additions. Save your citra and galaxy for dry hopping.

    Best NEIPA hop combos

Agree definitely low. I'm using 16oz for my next ipa. If you want to only use what you have id suggest equal amounts totalling .5oz for bittering, 2.5oz flameout, and 5oz dry hop split two ways. Add the first charge 2 days after vigorous fermentation. Second 3days from kegging/bottling

    Fieldwork Pulp clone (neipa) help

from Fieldwork: PULP is what happens when we take our Pulp Free IPA and package it without any fining agents, leaving it turbid and creamy. High protein grains are used to guarantee not just body, but also that trademark haze we have come to enjoy from the beasts of the east. Using an isolated...

    Loquat saison?

They definitely came through. I have done the exact same recipe with only pineapple a completely different beer. The color also gets darker with loquats. I did not skin them. I just pitted them and prossesed them through a sanitized blender then froze them. I used a mesh bag in the secondary

    Galaxy/Citra NE style IIPA

My guess is that you overestimated your efficiency. Looking at your recipe it would have put you at about 13lbs for a 5 gallon batch. 1.060 puts you somewhere between 60-70% which is still normal for homebrew. Add more grains! also add hops in a hop bag with marbles to weigh it down.
