Well thats funny, I had two and I never caught there names!

Hey guys, I'd like to make a barleywine and was wondering of anyone can recommend a good recepe? Also let me know how long to let it ferment. Also can you give me a little taste profile. Nothing major just something like malty or mellow or something of the like. Thanks all :mug:

I never even considered the fact that they might be hasn't unavailable some day! Now I feel bad I had sold some on ebay a while back! OH well, just have to keep all the ready I can get my hands on!

I have to say that I went to kegging first, but only because I really didn't like bottling at all, way to much work. Now I just clean and sanitize one thing!

For the price you should just get a starter kit, it really comes with everything you need. I would also recommend a beer recepe kit from northern brewer. All their beer kits come with very detailed instructions and all the ones I've brewed were delicious! Two good books are How to Brew and the...

I doubt that in the next 6 months they would all be used. The most that I've had filled at once was 7. 3 on tap and 4 ageing. I am running out of space but my wife is not complaining. I have a hard time letting go of things.

I made the caribou slobber partial mash kit and that beer was fantastic! Had it opened for new years and they killed the keg that night! My friends are still talking about how great it was.
