Do you HAVE to Ferment it cold to use lager yeast?
I dont have the means to ferment cold becouse i make my beer out of my berraks room. but i wouldnt mind using Lager yeast. any tips? can i use lager yest if i can ferment it at 50? how dose it tast? can i mix ale and lager yeast? someone lemme know. :drunk: BEERNINJA!:drunk:- beerninja

Is it fermenting?
I had the same problem with my secound batch. what i did was through out the 3 peace fermentatin lock all together and swaped it out for the one that looks like a bong...( i know thats not the "technical" name for it) and low and behold in a few hours i was got a few bubbles....nothting like a...- beerninja
