thanks. i go through phases with IPA's sometimes i want all the hops i can get and cant get enough, and other times...meh

the last batch i made, an irish red, that is now all gone, didnt start bubbling until 2 days after i pitched. and i use a fish tank bubbler to aerate. works great. so i wouldn't worry until day 4. I have never had a yest not work, is the beer still good to pitch more yest into? or would some...

so i had my 1st brew.... and it tasted like tangy fruit....it was supposed to be a brown ale. i dont think it had to do with sanitery problems becouse i was very very anel rentive about cleaning everything with bleach and water. it fermented for about 14 days. any tips? BEERNINJA!

I had the same problem with my 1st batch. and i just left it on there and the fome fell backinto the beer and i left the beer that got up in the airlock there and my brew turned out ok. im using a blow off tube now that i know what happens. BEERNINJA!
