This is what I have been doing and it works great. It's a little bit of a pain to get used to, but after awhile, you don't even have to really think about it.
It's a little bit like my philosophy about drinking in general; achieve and maintain. :cross:
And my beer intake is factored...
Brewed Austin's budget stout yesterday. Weather was great. Drank some cream ale while I was doing it.
It's my smallest girl's birthday today, so no brewing today, but since I have the day off tomorrow, I just might do another. Hope the LHBS is open tomorrow.
Cooling really is the answer. Hot wort in anything but metal is going to be a bad idea.
