i would think with sour it would be infection and with thin it would be because of such a small about of fermentables, i know whith most of my beers i use about 7 or 8 pounds per 5gallon batch but i do like a higher the normal alc% :)

i just harvested my cascade first year just a little while ago and they smelled pretty good but my nugget plant next to it is about ready to harvest and some cones smell like grass and some smell good

well im pretty sure the best thing to do is package them as soon as they are ready, if they get too dry the can lose all that good stuff that makes them hops and not dry leafs

i think thats about right personally , i dont think a weld shop would be as accurate on filling another tank as the lhbs would be. and 12.95 doesn't sound bad to me i remember spending like 15 bucks to fill a 20 ounce co2 tank for paint ball lol dunno if theres a differnce in co2
