Added the 1 oz of cascade hops for dry hopping and took a specific gravity reading and its 1.015. It also smells amazing. I am trying to decide if I should dry hop it for 5 or 7 days, then bottle.

the 60 minute and the 5 minute were both the same hops. its Gr.Hallertau alpha 4.3%. it was supposed to be 1 oz for 60 and 1 oz for 5 but it came in the same bag and i got messed up with doing 20 different things at the same time

i am fermenting my first batch of beer and i realized the recipie for the wheat beer i was making said add one once of the hops for 60 minutes and then the other once at the last 5 minutes of the boil. well i added the 2 onces for 60 minutes. how much will this effect the beer?

i just started brewing a few weeks ago i am fermenting a 5 gallon batch of wheat beer. and already kinda messed up on the recipe but not horribly so i still hope it turns out good.
