    KBS Clone Recipe in Zymurgy!

I used Wyeast 1056. The fermentation has stalled at 1.030 and I want quite a few more points out of it. Tried swirling to kick start but no joy. Any ideas what I can do. Maybe pitch a lil US 05?

New England IPA "Northeast" style IPA

Ive brewed this several times and love it I have a fresh vial of Vermont or several mason jars of washed 1318. Ive never made a starter from washed yeast and dont want to eff it up. Theres seems a Layer of hop sludge under the yeast layer, would this be a problem I just like the 1318 yeast for...

    KBS Clone Recipe in Zymurgy!

Thanks for the info Friar, couple more questions. What would you do with the coffee next time, I think it may be a little pointless adding at flameout? Also how did you carb them bottles up, did you prime with sugar? Just wondering as there may be no yeast left in suspension after such a long...

What water profile would you go with. Read you need the correct profile for an Imperial Stout to help reduce off flavours. My current profile Calcium 11.5 Magnesium 2.56 Sodium 13.1 Chloride 12.4 Sulfate 26.5

Heady Topper- Can you clone it?

Ive made a few NEIPA also and looked way more orange and hazy. Little baffled why the first dry hop addition is on day 12. Usually hazy beers are added on day3ish for biofermentation

Heady Topper- Can you clone it?

Whats yours looking like at the moment. 3 days into fermentation and its definitely not a nice orange colour. More a dark honey/amber colour. Not impressed, zero oxygen contact

New England IPA "Northeast" style IPA

Had horrible hop burn from Brewdogs new Hazy Jane. Pretty terrible NEIPA in my opinion. Just kegged a new batch of Braufs 1418 recipe again today, but with 50% Cryo hops. Sampled the leftovers and Zero hop burn at all. Doesn't actually seems as hoppy as using 100% pellet which I'm surprised at...

Well wedding over and a huge thankypou to Braufessor and everyone else who gave advice. Folks at the wedding were blown away. I brewed 4 different kegs and everyone said this recipe was by far the best. So thanks again : )

Nice lil leakage here. Cloudwater producing probably the best NEIPA and DIPA`s in the UK.
