As quickly and easily as I did 5 pounds last night (and that was after I got home from work) I don’t doubt it at all.

My LHBS expressed interest in my coffee once I was up and going. Roasted 5 pounds last night I’ll drop it by tomorrow and talk with him. 38.8 + 5 = 43.8

Soooo.......after 5 pounds of seasoning roasts in the new roaster I roasted another 4 for human consumption. 12.6 + 9 = 21.6

Another batch burned. Going to do the recommended 5 seasoning roasts before doing a real roast. As much fun as I’m having that might be today.

What they've said. Plus I've found rice flour works great after initial sticking issues with mine. I also trim a piece of parchment and hold it on the bottom of the battenton as I flip it over. Grab the paper and set in down in the screaming hot dutch oven.
