Awe man I am so sorry to hear this. I know she never lacked for love a day in her life. I will raise my glass to her when I get home tonight. We love them while they’re here and cry like babies when we lose them.

Wife and I were supposed to have been on a cruise this week. I went ahead and took my vacation as I had it scheduled anyway. Half Pint has been enjoying stay at home dad with walks up to the park with mom and just chilling in the back yard.

    Who's smoking meat this weekend?

SAMS had a 20lb prime full packer brisket for $2.98/per. Didn't need to, but I have Kingsford and wood chucks that are bored too. I'm smoking Saturday.

Which charcoal smoker do you have?

I have a 18" WSM. It is the perfect size to feed the wife and I plus friends if needed. Ran it for 2 years with great results before getting a Flame Boss to control it. Still great food just less tending too. My Christmas present to myself was a GMG pellet smoker. Just like the WSM everything...

How many pounds of roasted coffee in 2020

You roasted them no different than any other roast. Except for the fact that you went into the charcoal range. I vote with.

I don't know the answer to that. I've always pulled it after a few minutes as I had read that it helps the bottom brown better. Parchment can can take the heat. I use when baking bread to lower the dough into the 450 degree dutch oven. It stays in the oven for the entire bake. The bread does...

I like this time at night on HBT

Good morning Dan! All is well here. Except that the wife and I are supposed to be on a cruise ship visiting your islands this week. Though at this time I'll take being safe and good health for all my family and friends. Aloha Jeff

I use the parchment method and have never used oil. Pies slide right off after 2 minutes.

I am so sorry. It is never easy to lose a beloved pet as they are truly family, sometimes more. My heart goes out to you and your family. What was his name so that we can raise our glass to him later today. We love them while they are here and cry like babies when we lose them.

Yes please. Recipes are always welcome round these parts. Even my non kimchi loving wife said yum as I read your sandwich description.
