    Pale Ale Recipe Suggestions?

    Hey there, folks. I'm thinking about making my first pale ale (and indeed my first beer without a kit) and was wondering if there were some good recipes to make a tasty 5 gallon brew. Ideally I'd like to put in a hint of grapefruit in, as a note. Thank you in advance for any suggestions!

    Adding To The Fermentation Bucket

    Hey folks, thanks for the awesome comments! The powder isn't like Nestle Quick, it's essentially Baking Cocoa powder (only ingredients coca and sodium carbonate). So thinking on it, it probably won't be fermenting and will just be for taste, which is fine for me.
