Does anyone else here pay to park at work?

I'm also a grad student, so parking is ~$500/year, but since I ride my bike they give me 24 days of parking each year free (for rain etc) as part of program to encourage biking to work. Down side is that if I forget to put my parking meter up in the car the ticket is $40 each time.

no Sam Adams glasses in airport

I was really excited to see there was a Sam Adams restaurant in the Pittsburgh airport this weekend. I went there to try the fancy new glasses but they didn't have any! I guess I'll just have to buy some to try them (didn't join the AHA until after the cutoff date)

Somebody with a baby willing to try this?

I would try but I don't have kids and I don't leak japanese words out of my mouth while wine tasting so I don't think I could do it.

Mine will be in the primary 3 weeks by the time I get to keg it, will the yeast still be happy enough to reuse them or should I buy new yeast? (I've never repitched)

    Trip to Southern California

I'm a fan of all of the Firestone beers, but they might not be as popular down south. (I'm in Santa Barbara on the central coast of CA). Currently a coworker has the oak aged porter on tap at work (Walker Reserve) and it is wonderful. Have a great trip to CA, enjoy the low humidity!

    American IPA All Amarillo IPA

It was fifth, so thats possible. In my case I was making it for me and just matched up with the competition so I entered it. In the future I'll probably bump up the hops like you do for that reason.

I have $250 GC at amazon.com. what can i get?

Whatever else you end up getting you could always tack on a carboy or two if you've got money left over and want to increase the number of batches you can have at a time. They run a bit more on amazon than other places, but if you've already got the money there it'll work.

I was all excited to see the krausen on my hefe since this was my first carboy fermenation (instead of a bucket). Had the blow off tube all set up and everything. Went to bed last night with first little tiny bubbles forming and I woke up this morning krausen already fallen and finished. Oh...
