So finally scored a unit to control fermentation temps and lager. 16.7 cubic ft deep freeze. Apparently low on gas. Will not chill below 32. Would luke to start kegging as well. Looking for extra equipment and/or ideas how to best utilize!!!

The Hoptober is nice indeed. Been on that for the last couple weeks. MB Mike has a nice Swarzbier on right now at CSB in Franklin. I highly recommend as well!!

What a great day. My sister just dropped off two 6rs of THA in time to watch the titans beat up on Cleveland!!

What a great weekend. Took the kids to the country ham festival (although there was hardly any ham), Michigan win, lions still undefeated, titans won, Ohio state lost........ And Some good beers!!

No kidding. I was really kicking myself for not going. I have yet to go to a full on beer fest
