Actually, I took the white O-ring out of the inside of the Cooler and now my 1/2 Keg weldless fits fine. I just need to figure out some O-rings and It should work.

The fitting from my Keg is a much larger diameter, do you guys think it would be worth it to drill out the Cooler or get another weldless fitting?

I am in the process of building an electric HLT out of a 10 gallon Rubbermaid ($37.00 @ HD!). Is there a difference between Cooler weld less fittings and Keg weldless fittings? I am dismantling my Keg HLT and was wondering if I could use or adapt its weldless fitting to my Cooler.

Do any of the software programs have a feature to do this for you?

I took a couple of years off and I have forgotten how I used to convert 5 gallon recipes to 10 gallon. I have looked online for calculator and have had no luck. If I remember correctly you double everything except the hops. Any suggestions?
