Not really a fan of Fat Tire, but you really can't complain about free goodies :)

I do believe i stopped by that booth, just briefly though. It was also nice to talk to the owner of Dominion brewing. (even though i called him a sell out :P ) but apparently he bought the name back and is reverting the recipe back to what is used to be.

We went on Saturday, some really, really good beers and some not so good or disappointing ones. But all in all we had a great time.

Hoping to brew this up next weekend.. I'm unable to find any citra hops so i'm subbing with simcoe. I'll let you know how it goes..

Agree, so far every recipe I've brewed that called for brown sugar wanted it added in the last 5-10min.

What about Northern Brewers 115th Dream Hopbursted IPA Seems like it might be an over the top IPA as it has over a pound of hops used in the boil. http://www.northernbrewer.com/shop/review/product/list/id/3707/ But you also cannot go wrong with the Dogfish 60min clone recipes.
