    boiling time

    I was told by my LHBS guy that 30 min boils are all I need to do, but I still do 60 min boils. Not sure what the experts think though.

    Rehydrating Yeast

    I have used both dry and liquid, and most recently used a smakpak. So far I like making starters from the dry yeast better. I know about 1 day before brew day if its alive. The little white lab vials are cool though.

    Sanyo 4.9 Cubic Feet Fridge Questions - Kegs

    Best place to buy a kit?

    I have gotten my equipment and kits from a few diferent places on the internet and from my local home brew supply store. If you have a local store, I sugest going there to get your equipment and beginers kit. If for nothing else but having a real person tell you how it all works face to face.
