    What are you drinking now?

Cigar City has some excellent brews. Jai Alai is a favorite IPA. Got hooked up with one of these guys, really great brown ale. Off season for a brown but a good beer on a rainy night.

Post your "whoops" moments- messes, etc

Jug was about half full, the rest filled up from krausen overflow! Now I use a wide mouth pitcher with even less sanitizer.

Post your "whoops" moments- messes, etc

So we've all had those days. Spills during brewing, violent fermentations, etc. Just had my Kolsch blowoff overflowing into (and out of) my fermenter and I thought it would make a funny thread. What you can't see in this picture is the huge puddle of foamy, yeasty sanitizer/beer solution...

    YAKB (Yet another keezer build)

That looks great! One of the nicer collar-style keezers IMO. I like the stainless tiles also.

    YAKB (Yet another keezer build)

Definitely add pics, I found most of my ideas and inspiration for my build from posts on this forum. Every build posted adds to that library of info for the next guy to come along! As for the moisture, be sure your keezer is sealed up tight. I had this issue at first but once I gave another...

    Vissani Fermentation Chamber

If you have no need to get in the fridge during fermentation, throw a couple bungees or a ratchet strap around the whole thing to keep it tight.

    What are you drinking now?

How's the lime zest in a kolsch? I am brewing a kolsch this week and wanted to add some orange zest, but lime sounds intriguing!

    Using Coffee Beans/Cold Extracting

I used a cold brewed addition in a batch of Founders Breakfast stout clone. Used a large mason jar (32oz I believe) filled about halfway with grinds, rest of the way with water. Shook well and let it steep in the fridge for 36hrs. Strained the brew out and had 15oz that I added once the wort...

liner or contractor bag to hold water?

I'd bet a contractor grade yard waste bag would be sealed tight enough to hold. I'll bite, what's the intended use for the freezer pool?

    What are you drinking now?

Dogfish Head Romantic Chemistry IPA. Mango/apricot/ginger IPA. Really good, balanced beer. Smooth citrus from the mango and apricot is matched really well with some spice from the ginger.

    Annoy-a-tron

A guy in my shop (on a deployed USN ship) got one that would beep every so often, he hid it in the overhead cabling. Well, I found it, and let's just say it didn't work any more, and there's no way he could have even found all the pieces.
