So you get a free six pack with your purchase of an expensive brewery hat, sounds legitimate. I understand though cause in Georgia you can't sell anything minus the tasting beers. Really isn't fair, but the only thing you can do is write, call, and be persistent with the elected officials.

Order two or three kits at a time and get the 7 dollar cooler and buy am extra ice pack. It made it to my house in Memphis decently cold after 4 days if transport. But also as others have said make a starter to ensure viability.

I've done full boils my last 3 times and done the normal additions at the beginning. Worked fine for me. From everything I've read the late additions with 2-3 gal boils is so you don't scorch the malt extract too much (I use scorch for lack of a better term).

The reb ale they sell only in oxford is probably my favorite beer they make. They started making it right as I turned 21 and was going to school in oxford. Which reminds me that I need to buy some when I'm in oxford this weekend.

You won't be disappointed. It's by far my favorite I've brewed so far, if I would have known to dry hop it I would have been so much happier. There is always next time and that will be here in a month or so.:D

Bottle it, let it condition and then decide if it's bad. I've had a beer or two that tasted off during fermentation, but 2-3 weeks in bottles cleans up those tastes. RDWHAHB

This. I brewed it and it is just finishing carbing now. Could definitely uses an oz for dry hopping to make it that much better, but the recipe is excellent.
